- Meal Plans: we have specifically designed a diet plan to accompany our fitness programme. We guide clients on how to shop for healthy food options and how to cook healthier meals. The aim of the diet is to enhance maximum weight loss.
- Coaching: our coaches meet with our clients on a weekly basis, to make sure that they are still on track, and to make sure that they are on their way to meet their goal.
