Wake up to the aroma of freshly baked croissants and superb filter coffee
while snuggling deep into your warm feather duvet. What could be a better
way to start the day. Breakfast on a choice of cereals, fresh fruit salad,
fruit juice and yogurt. Enjoy a healthy buffet of cold meats, cheese,
boiled egg with croissants still warm from the oven or hot toast.

Choose from a loft room with bar fridge and microwave facilities on the
landing, or a pool-side room with its own bar fridge and microwave.

All rooms are en-suite and have refreshment trays, TV's and Wi-Fi

We have recently built a wheelchair compliant studio comprising bedroom/
lounge/food preparation area with fridge and microwave, spacious
shower room.

Pine Cottage B&B is owned and managed by Nicola and John, who, between
them have a host of hospitality experience. Nicola grew up in an 8 room
guesthouse in Oranjezicht and assisted in the day to day management
from her mid teens.
She has also run 3 other guesthouses in Cape Town while their owners went
on holiday. Nicola and John managed a 13 room Guesthouse for a year and an 8
bedroom traditional pub for 3 months in Southampton UK.

In summer enjoy our solar heated (fenced) pool and make use of our
braai/barbecue facilities.

Pine Tree Lodge is a comfortably furnished
2-bedroom apartment centrally situated in the
garden suburb of Pinelands, Cape Town,
overlooking the fairways of the Mowbray Golf
Club with a magnificent view of the Table
Mountain range.

It is well equipped; ideal for either long or short-term stays and is a perfect
base to explore the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands of the Cape.

A private entrance leads up a flight of stairs to a large sitting /dining
area where Satellite TV, a DVD player, a VCR, a mini hi-fi
system with FM radio and a CD player are provided.

All other rooms lead off this room – (see floor layout plan).
There is a spectacular view of the mountain from the balcony,
which is large enough to accommodate a table, chairs and loungers.
Guests have the use of the swimming pool and convenient access
to our beautiful garden.

There is a queen size double bed in one bedroom and two single
beds in the other. We can provide an additional full sized single
bed and/or a folding baby’s cot in the larger bedroom, if required.
A hair dryer is provided for the convenience of guests.
The bathroom boasts a large bath, separate glass-walled shower,
a vanity basin with large mirror and plenty of cupboard space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-plate hob, microwave oven,
refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery
and a breakfast table seating four.
There is a fully automatic washing machine in the kitchen and a
retractable washing line on the balcony making it very convenient
for guests to do their personal laundry.
Telephone, fax and e-mail facilities are available on request.

There is off street parking behind security fencing and an
electronically operated gate.

Ron is a retired SATOUR registered tourist guide and can offer
guests expert, free advice on tours of the Cape Peninsula, the
City and the Winelands, etc.

Smoking is not permitted within the apartment.
